Who We Are

Our journey in ministry began when we were just 15 years old, and it has been an incredible adventure ever since. We started serving together as friends in our youth group and have been blessed to continue serving in a wide range of roles, including kids directors, student pastors, worship leaders, social media directors, production/tech directors, and associate pastors. Each experience has shaped us and deepened our love for the church and its mission. Trea developed his passion for ministry at Highlands College through Church of the Highlands, while Anna earned her B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Montevallo, bringing a unique perspective and skill set to our work.

Over the years, we have served on church staff in every capacity—volunteering, bivocational, part-time, and full-time—gaining a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs and challenges that churches face. Since getting married in 2019, we’ve continued to work together with our two children, always with a heart to serve. We believe in the power of the local church and are passionate about equipping churches to fulfill the calling the Lord has placed on them. At Church Matters Co., we are dedicated to partnering with churches to provide the tools, support, and guidance they need to thrive. It’s our joy to help churches fulfill their calling and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
